Our Role: CRO Experts

As CRO experts, we partnered with GMWDフィットネス to optimize their website for higher conversions and improve overall user experience. Our primary goal was to identify barriers in the user journey, test strategies to overcome them, and implement data-backed solutions to drive measurable results.

Project Description

Throughout 2024, we conducted a series of strategic A/B tests tailored to GMWD Fitness’s business goals. These tests focused on improving key performance metrics, including user engagement, lead generation, and purchase rates.

 

How We Achieved Higher Conversions

    • Performed an in-depth analysis of user behavior through tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and Google Analytics.
    • Identified high-exit points, low-performing pages, and opportunities for improvement in the conversion funnel.

    • Crafted hypotheses based on data insights, targeting areas such as landing page design, CTAs, pricing visibility, and trust signals.
    • Prioritized tests that aligned with GMWD Fitness’s business objectives and customer expectations.
  3. A/B Testing Implementation:
    • Designed multiple variations of key elements, such as headlines, button placements, forms, and product pages.
    • Ran controlled A/B tests on high-traffic pages to ensure statistically significant results.
  4. Iterative Optimization:
    • Reviewed test results weekly and iterated on winning variations for further refinement.
    • Combined design, content, and user psychology to enhance conversion-driving elements.
  5. Improved User Experience:
    • Simplified navigation and checkout processes to reduce friction for users.
    • Incorporated persuasive elements like testimonials, social proof, and urgency triggers.
